Accepted forms of payment:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders and PayPal.

Paying with a Money Order:

• To purchase Modifilan or U-Fn using a money order, please send us your name, shipping address, phone number and the desired quantity along with the payment.
• Please send your money order using USPS Certified Mail as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered money orders.

United States:

• All orders with a United States shipping address are shipped FREE.
• Orders are shipped within 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days).

International Orders:

• International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
• International orders incur additional shipping charges. In the case of outstanding shipping fees, you will be notified by email with instructions for payment.
• All orders are shipped within 2 business days.
• Due to customs controls, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within the time frame estimated by the shipping carrier used.

• International returns are not accepted.
• All returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• All returned items must be unopened. If any items are returned with a broken seal, a refund will not be issued.
• If an older item (ie. different expiration date) is returned, a refund will not be issued.
• Please ship all returns using a reputable carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
